Trey is the Owner, Practitioner, and Lead at Gower Skin Aesthetics.

Trey embarked on her journey in the aesthetics sector 20 years ago. Her career began in some of London's premier clinics, where she collaborated with highly accredited Doctors and Cosmetic Surgeons, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Trey's early years involved assisting in private theatres for plastic surgery as a surgical technician, focusing on cosmetic enhancements, aesthetic treatments, and cosmetic skin dermatology.

Expanding her expertise, Trey pursued advanced skin treatments, delving into lasers, chemical peeling, microneedling, PRP, and various other aesthetic procedures. This commitment led her to achieve a Level 7 Masters in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies. Subsequently, Trey assumed the role of Aesthetic Director at a prestigious 5-star Medical Spa in the Cotswolds while concurrently maintaining her role as an aesthetic practitioner for VIPs and celebrities.

In 2011, Trey relocated to Wales, where she served as an Aesthetic and Surgical Care Assistant in one of Swansea’s pioneering private cosmetic clinics. Alongside, she contributed as a Health Care Support Worker in the NHS through an ongoing role in the nurse bank.

Trey's educational journey also includes obtaining a VTCT L5 in Education and Training.

With this diverse background, Trey realised her passion for owning a Medical Aesthetics Clinic and Training Academy, a venture she has successfully led for the past seven years.

At Gower Skin Aesthetics Gower and London, Trey offers an extensive array of advanced skin treatments, laser procedures, micro-surgeries, injectables, and healthcare services.

Today, she continues to bring her wealth of experience and passion to the forefront, ensuring clients receive top-notch care and education in the world of aesthetics.

Rachel is the Clinic Manager at Gower Skin Aesthetics, bringing years of expertise in medical and aesthetic clinic management. With a strong background in healthcare administration, she ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and patient care.

She is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, managing appointments, coordinating patient journeys, and ensuring all regulatory protocols are met. Rachel works closely with the clinical team to create a professional, welcoming environment where patients receive seamless service from consultation to aftercare.

As the first point of contact for client inquiries and clinic logistics, Rachel is dedicated to ensuring every aspect of Gower Skin Aesthetics runs with precision and professionalism.

Kathryn is our Head Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, with over 25 years of experience in the NHS and a specialist background in gynaecology.

Her deep commitment to women’s health has shaped her compassionate, patient-centred approach.

She joined the clinic three years ago, bringing with her a wealth of clinical knowledge and a natural affinity for patient care. Since then, she has progressed into advanced aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers and skin rejuvenation — combining medical expertise with artistry to deliver safe, natural results.

Kathryn achieved her Independent Prescriber qualification through the clinic and Swansea Medical University, further enhancing her ability to provide tailored treatment plans and clinical oversight.

With a particular interest in feminine wellness and non-surgical rejuvenation, Kathryn supports women through every stage of life, offering discreet, effective treatments that prioritise confidence and comfort.

Joanne Aesthetic Nurse and Trainer

Joanne has been a Registered BN nurse since 2011. Currently, she is a Nurse Sister in the NHS, working in the Emergency Surgical Unit. With a passion for aesthetics and a strong commitment to safety within the field, Joanne offers a range of private health treatments. Her expertise includes administering dermal fillers, Botox, and various other aesthetic services. Because of her extensive background and experience, Joanne makes an amazing addition to the surgical team at Gower Skin Aesthetics. Her dedication ensures that all clients receive the highest standard of care.

Sonu our Skin Aesthetics and Laser Practitioner, with over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Sonu brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Specialising in all things laser, she is highly skilled in treatments ranging from hair removal to tattoo removal and pigmentation correction. Her precision and dedication to her craft make her an invaluable asset to our clinic.

Sonu’s expertise doesn’t stop there. She excels in assessing your skin, understanding your goals, and creating personalised treatment plans that deliver real results. Whether you’re looking for skin resurfacing treatments, acne management, or overall skin rejuvenation, Sonu’s thoughtful approach ensures every patient feels confident and cared for.

Gemma Medical Researcher

Gemma is with a Master’s degree in Nanomedicine and currently pursuing a Ph.D., Gemma is an expert in the scientific foundations of skincare. She works remotely with us as a scientist, conducting research into innovative treatments and medicines that we bring to the clinic. Her advanced knowledge makes her an authority on various skin conditions and enhances the quality of care we provide.

Ahmed Surgical Team

A highly experienced NHS surgeon with over 30 years of dedicated service in the healthcare industry. Dr. Ahmed brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care, making him a valued member of our surgical team.

In addition to his work with the NHS, Dr. Ahmed offers a range of private services, including Lipoma and Cyst Removal along with a variation of Medical Botox such as Migraine Treatment.

Millie Clinic Runner

Millie is an essential part of the Gower Skin Aesthetics team, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently every day. As our Clinic Runner, she supports both our practitioners and clients, assisting with daily operations to maintain a seamless and professional environment.

You may see Millie preparing treatment rooms, assisting with client care, and ensuring everything is in place for a high-quality clinical experience. Alongside her role, she is also studying healthcare, further deepening her knowledge of patient care and medical aesthetics.
