Founder & Clinic Lead

Trey Bryant
Trey is the Founder and Clinical Lead at Gower Skin Aesthetics, with over 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics and healthcare.
She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies and has a strong surgical background, having previously worked as a Surgical Assistant in private cosmetic surgery. Trey is also the registered proprietor of a HIW-regulated independent hospital facility, reflecting her commitment to patient safety, clinical governance and excellence in care.
Passionate about continual development and innovation, Trey is currently undertaking an MBA at Warwick Business School, supported by a prestigious Female Excellence Scholarship. Focusing on healthcare leadership, strategy and service excellence, her studies reflect a continued commitment to growth and support her long-term vision for Gower Skin Aesthetics as it enters an exciting new chapter. Her focus remains on delivering exceptional patient experiences, advancing standards within aesthetic medicine and continually evolving the services offered to those who place their trust in GSA.
Alongside her clinical practice, Trey is a trainer educator and holds a Level 5 qualification in Adult Education and Training, reflecting her dedication to supporting and developing future practitioners through safe, ethical and evidence-based education.

Kathryn Marshall
Kathryn is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber at Gower Skin Aesthetics, with over 25 years’ experience in the NHS and a specialist background in gynaecology. Her clinical background underpins a calm, patient-centred approach, with a strong focus on women’s health.
Kathryn completed her Independent Prescriber qualification through Gower Skin Aesthetics and Swansea Medical University. She has a particular interest in feminine wellness and non-surgical rejuvenation, supporting women with discreet, considered care.
Clinic Manager
Rachel Selby
Rachel is the Clinic Manager at Gower Skin Aesthetics, with extensive experience in medical and aesthetic clinic management. She oversees the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring operations are smooth, compliant, and aligned with the highest standards of patient care.
Working closely with the clinical team, Rachel plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming environment and a seamless experience from first contact through to aftercare.
Skin Aesthetics & Laser Practitioner
Sonu Kaur
Sonu is a Skin and Laser Practitioner at Gower Skin Aesthetics, with over 15 years’ experience in the aesthetics industry.
She specialises in laser treatments including hair removal, tattoo removal, and pigmentation correction, bringing a precise, results-focused approach to every treatment. Sonu is highly skilled in skin assessment and treatment planning, ensuring care is tailored, effective, and delivered with confidence.

Kate
Kate is a qualified nurse and midwife, bringing a strong clinical foundation to her work in aesthetics. Having trained at Gower Skin Aesthetics Academy, she specialises in advanced injectable treatments, with a particular interest in skin boosters and long-term skin health.
Calm and reassuring by nature, Kate takes time to understand each client's individual needs, delivering subtle results that enhance natural beauty.

Priyanka Taneja
Priyanka is a qualified pharmacist and aesthetic practitioner at Gower Skin Aesthetics, with a strong focus on medicines, prescribing, and patient safety.
Trained through the Gower Skin Aesthetics Academy, she combines medical expertise with advanced aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, wellness injections, and skin and laser treatments. Her approach is precise, ethical, and clinically led, ensuring clients feel informed, safe, and confident in their care.

Anne Marie Hutton Evans
Anne-Marie is the friendly face of Gower Skin Aesthetics and the first point of contact for our patients.
As our receptionist, she plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment you get in touch or walk through the door. Anne-Marie is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their journey with us.

Millie Davies
Millie supports the smooth day-to-day running of Gower Skin Aesthetics, assisting both practitioners and clients throughout the clinic.
She helps prepare treatment rooms, supports clinical flow, and maintains a calm, professional environment. Alongside her role, Millie is studying healthcare, developing her knowledge of patient care and clinical practice.
Treatment Co-ordinator
Rebecca Rees
Rebecca is our Treatment Coordinator at Gower Skin Aesthetics and plays an important role in supporting patients throughout their journey with us. She works closely with both patients and the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are clearly understood and that each individual feels confident, informed, and supported when making decisions about their care.
